How Complete Builders handles the information you send us.

What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the details you give us about your project. If you contact us by WhatsApp we hold the message history in that conversation.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your details, share them with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months, or for the duration of any project plus the guarantee period where you become a customer.

Form processing

Enquiry forms on this site are processed by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our email inbox.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll deal with it within one month.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
